Mission of (Pandora) Saffron
Our mission is to bring revolution in the field of intelligence. We at (Pandora) Saffron don’t intend to give bookish knowledge based on mugging up the things but much of the subjects are taught practically.
It is believed that bookish knowledge will never make a child intelligent. Because bookish knowledge only prepares the child for exams and in practical life he fails to compete the competitive world.
There fore the mission of (Pandora) Saffron is to make each and every child of Saffron Self Reliant Intelligent and strong Competitor in this world.
To reach this mission the education system at Saffron is based on the theory of 5 points. C D F L A .

Before going further into the details of CDFLA let us see why Pandora is called Burden Free Education System.
Generally, it is seen that the teaching process is done through textbooks- a little bit of explanation is done in the class and a lot of mugging-up is done. The basic aim of the such syllabus is to complete the course and conduct the exam. This process is wrong. To remove such anomalies Saffron has developed a unique theory-based multi-concepts method which is why it is called C D F L A theory of the Burden Free Education System of Pandora.
• Concept Clearing
Why it happened that only Newton realized that the falling of an apple was due to Earth’s Gravitational force, and nobody else gave thought to it. Had Newton also eaten the apple and slept under the tree date we might have remained ignorant of earth’s gravitational forece, and we would have never reached the space, which is a celestial body without gravitation.
It is gerenal tendency that one always try to go from Known to Unkown, and students lose interest and waste their time in mugging-up the concept without proper understanding. But in (Pandora) Saffron, we always try to go from unknown to known so that the curiosity level of child is constantly maintained and concept becomes clear from unknown to know. Let’s consider an example let us consider gravitational force only.
A student of Student 2nd doesn’t know anything about gravitational force, and if the teacher wants to teach about it, than the teacher starts saying that earth has gravitational force and pulls all the objects towards itself. Hence, the student will loose the interest. On the contrary, if reverse process is adopted and that too practically, than the interest level and curiosity of the child will increase tremendously For example, the teacher starts questions by throwing the ball into the air, ask students to observe that why the ball is coming down ? Though the ball is pushed up by force. The teacher gets various innocent answers, such as it has no support, it has nothing to stand in the air etc.etc.
When the teacher gets such innocent answers, she explaines “that some thing” which pulls the ball is called gravitational force. This statement clearly goes into the young mind that there is some thing known as Gravitational Force in the earth that pulls the ball. Further, detailed explanations of concept at higher level keeps the curiosity high in the young minds.
So this is what we at Pandora do by clearing the concept in each and every subject and topic.
Discussion Method.
This method is inter-related with the method of concept clearing theory, where the child is involved to talk, much more about the topic taught so that his curiosity level is increased and the doubts hanging out in his mind are cleared once and for all. The teacher involves the child to talk much because at Pandora freedom is given to child to express his thoughts what ever he knows. Unlike other schools here the child is given complete freedom to interact with teacher so that the child is able to clarify his doubts and go into the depth of the topic.
