Fees policy of School
Overview
You have to pay the fees once your admission in confirmed. The fees has to be paid in four equal installments.
The fees once paid shall not be adjusted or refunded in any circumstances except unforseen reasons like death of a child or parents.
The fees is to be paid by Cheque/online
The parents have to either purchase books from outside or have to order to school.
- The payment of books are to be paid in advance.
- The Uniform charges shall be paid in advance if it is to be provided by school
Refunds
Parents should not ask for refunds of fees as it is income source of the school from which all the expenses are met of school.
The refund shall be made in exceptional case only ie. in case of unforseen circumstances like death of child or earning parent.
Late Fees
The fees shall have to be paid on or before 10th of every quarter i.e. 10th of June-Sept-Dec-March
The grace period of 05 days is given for payment of the fees.
The fees paid after due date shall be charged with late fees on the basis of per day charges as fixed by the school from time to time.
The cheque bounce charges of Rs.500/- shall have to be paid by the defaulter.
If parent fails to pay the fees of continous two quarters the name of the child will be deleted from the roll and T.C. shall begiven only after the payment of pending fees alongwith late fees charges.
